Benjamin (Benji) Potter has served on church staff in Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri and Illinois in a variety of roles including Pastor, Associate Pastor, youth Minister and Music Minister. He met his wife, Hannah, at missionary orientation as they were preparing for service with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention. The Potters live and teach in Palestine, Texas. They have five children and one son-in-law.

Lowrey and Deborah have been actively involved in ministry for more than fifty years. Lowrey has served primarily as an Administrative Pastor, trained and led teams in over forty trips in eight countries and written for various Lifeway publications. Deborah served as Preschool Coordinator for many years and retired from Cy Fair Schools where she worked with children with autism as a Behavior Specialist. Lowrey has a Bachelor of General Studies from Louisiana College and a Master of Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Deborah attended East Texas Baptist University. Lowrey and Deborah have three adult children: Jonathan and wife, Paige; Jennifer and husband, Roger; and Jo-Catherine and husband Chip along with 5 beautiful grandchildren.
